It doesn’t have to be painful.

After their first sessions, people often say, “Why didn’t I start this sooner?” There are many reasons folks are hesitant to get started with therapy:

  • Afraid of being judged
  • Uncomfortable sharing private information
  • Worried it will make things worse

I promise you will not be judged.. I believe everyone has the right to live their life however they choose. I will never push you to share anything you’re not ready for. And I will try not to open up any boxes we won’t have time to pack up before you go. As for cost, I accept Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare and OpenPath, as well as reasonably-priced cash pay.

Your negative thoughts cause you to have difficult feelings about those thoughts. Those difficult feelings can lead to actions you’re not proud of. By changing the way you think, your feelings will change, and you’ll find yourself having actions that are more “YOU”.
